What To Expect

What to expect for your first periodontal visit

  • For your first initial visit, you will have the opportunity to meet the doctor and have a clinical exam that can consist of a full mouth evaluation.

  • Some procedures are on the same day as the consultation.
  • The doctor will be performing a possible full mouth probing, reviewing x-rays or photos and sharing treatment options.

Please bring with you to your dental appointment:

Medical and Dental Insurance Cards
Referral form from your dentist
Medication list

We do require all new patients to fill out the necessary forms. It helps us to provide you with the highest level of care.
